Gold Team

Terry Madden stays on to lead the Advanced Gold Team. Terry is an NCAA Division 3 National Champion and is currently competing for the New York Athletic Club in NYC. Terry's resume includes working with Hall of Fame Coach Al Bevilaqua's Beat The Streets program. Terry is also an Assistant Coach for National Power Hofstra University.

Dan Wetzel joins Terry on the Gold staff, Dan, an All County wrestler from Berner HS has been with the club for 8 years and is President of the Friends of Massapequa Wrestling Inc

Blue Team

Matt Delorenzo a Section 8 champion and High School All American who was recently featured in ESPN Magazine as "The new type of Wrestler" turning around wrestling in Columbia

Gian Villante a Section 8 and NY State champion who was in a USA Wrestling article and poster ranking him in the "Top 50" nationally. Gian is also an unpaid assistant with National Power Hofstra University.

Howie Greenblatt, former Head Coach of MacRthur HS winner of 7 out of the last 8 section 8 team titles will be overseeing

Beginner 1 and 2 Teams

Head Coaches of the Beginner 1 and Beginner 2 teams are Tommy Kalinoglu an All County wrestler and Tony Bocchiaro an All Conference wrestler

Mike Doria joins the staff in the beginner groups. Mike is a 2008 graduate of MHS and is a 2x Section 8 Champion and placed 3rd in NYS.
